This is our made to order (MTO) Single Filter Sock Holder adjustable depth 4 Chamber Sump/Refugium Pro baffle kit for 10 gallon Aqueon® or Imagitarium™ glass tanks.

Our exclusive ezBuild sump kits are the fastest and easiest way to convert a glass aquarium to a fully functional sump. The key difference in our kits is the fully assembled sock baffle.  There's no need to purchase the Weld-On Cement, clamps, and other tools necessary to properly assemble the typical 3 piece keyed sock baffle found in other kits. We do that for you using recessed joints that insure proper alignment and improved strength. Since we don't use keyed parts, we don't create the leak points common with through hole tab slots. The end result is a durable, great looking sock baffle that you can install in minutes simply by dropping it into the tank and sealing it in with silicone.  So simple, a sea monkey could do it.
This 10 gallon kit is latest addition to our premium Pro Line of sump/refugium kits.  The pro line offers unique features which give you exceptional control over your sump flow.

Included are all the parts you'll need to convert a standard glass Aqueon® or Imagitarium™ brand 10 gallon aquarium into a fully functioning 4 chamber sump or refugium for your display aquarium.  All you'll need is the glass aquarium, some aquarium safe silicone and a pair of filter socks that suits your filtration needs. The three included baffle plates can be used to divide the tank into distinct sections for filter socks, a refugium or equipment like protein skimmers or reactors, a bubble trap and your return pump.
Options:Each kit is built when you order it.  These are the options listed above for this kit

• Depth: This is the height of the downstream baffles. This sets the maximum stable water level when your return pump is running.
• Inlets: The number of holes in the lid for your inlet pipes.  1 x 1" means there is one hole for a single 1" PVC inlet pipe.
• Orientation: Left handed kits have the inlets in the back left corner and the water flows left to right.  Right handed kits have the inlets in the back right and the water flows right to left.
• For Tank: Choose the tank you are buying the kit for.  We cut these to fit specific brands of tanks and they are generally not

Pro Line Kit Features:

• Precision CNC milled from premium grade black and clear 1/4" cast acrylic
• Fully assembled and Weld-On® cemented joints so the kit is ready to silicone in the tank.

• Side entry for inlet water allows filter socks to be changed with the return pump on.

• Adjustable water level baffle to provide a 5.5" - 8" or 6.25" - 10" depth.
  
• Independent supports for supporting filter foam between the level adjustment baffle and the bubble trap baffle.
  
• Bubble trap plate to keep bubbles out of your return pump
• Standard lid up to two 1" pipe inlet and removable cover to keep salt creep to a minimum.
• Sock baffle height is below the rim of the tank and includes overflow slots and a center recess to allow water to flow into the next chamber without overflowing the tank should your socks become fully clogged.
  

This kit includes:

• Fully assembled single 4" sock holder.  Joints are Weld-On bonded prior to shipment for maximum strength and durability
  
• 5.5" - 8" or 6.25" - 10" adjustable baffle with 1/8" slots for coarse water filtering and water depth adjustment
  
• Bubble trap plate
• Two 1" filter plates which can go in between the secondary baffle and bubble trap plate.  These units allow you to suspend filter foam between the two plates to trap bubbles and particles escaping the main refugium/equipment section.  These are self supporting so the distance between the secondary baffle and the bubble trap plate is not defined by the width of the filter plate allowing you to set your place distance based on how much extra filter material you'll need.  Minimum distance is 1"

Installation is simple.  Using aquarium safe silicone, silicone the parts into your 10 gallon glass tank and allow 24 hours to dry.

NOTE:  This is designed specifically for Aqueon® or Imagitatium™ 10 gallon glass aquariums.  If your tank is not an Aqueon or Imagitarium, or you don't know for sure, please contact us prior to ordering with your tank inside dimensions.  To measure the inside, use calipers or trim a dowel rod or rigid piece of cardboard until it fits between the front and back glass of the tank while parallel to the bottom.  Message us with that length and we can confirm if it will fit.
